Dan S. Arnold III — Founder of Our Florida Scooter Accident Practice

Dan S. Arnold III is a fourth-generation trial attorney who has been representing accident victims for many years. After beginning his legal career in Texas, Dan gained admission to the Florida bar in 1993, and he has been practicing law in Florida ever since. Dan has experience representing victims of electronic scooter (or eScooter) accidents.  If you or a loved one has been involved in such an accident, or any other type of catastrophic accident, Dan would like to try to help.

Dan became interested in practicing law while working at his mother’s law firm during high school. Seeing his mother help clients in their times of need was an inspiration. Dan also gained inspiration from his grandfathers and great grandfathers, all of whom practiced law, and one of whom, John Buchanan Avery, Sr., was the Chief Judge of the Western District of the Tennessee Court of Appeal.

Prior to entering private practice, Dan served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Maloney of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also served as an intern to the Honorable William J. Zloch of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. After working as an attorney for five years at the Florida law firm of Fleming, O’Bryan & Fleming, P.A., he founded his own private practice, Dan S. Arnold III, P.A., in 1998. In addition to serving as a vigorous advocate for his clients, Dan is also a Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator, as authorized by the Florida Supreme Court.
